I'm a Questioner.

Curiosity is my diagnostic tool. Before I optimize a process, I need to understand the logic, assumptions, and constraints behind it. For me, asking “why” isn't about finding fault; it's about finding clarity. At Amazon, diving deeper into manual audit reporting helped me identify opportunities to design automated tracking solutions that removed multiple operational steps and gave SMs and FC teams instant visibility to act faster.

I'm an Owner.

Ownership is my mindset. I don't measure my work by tasks completed, but by the business outcomes created. When I see a broken system, I step up to fix it regardless of scope. At Bosch, I took ownership of an error-prone invoicing process that was slowed down by manual dependencies. By redesigning the workflow, I transformed a risky, individual-driven process into a structured and scalable system that improved reliability, reduced operational risk, and created a better experience for the teams and customers relying on it.

I'm an Integrator.

Adoption is my measure of success. Great solutions mean little if they do not work for the people who use them. I focus on connecting processes, systems, and teams by building trust, understanding different perspectives, and creating alignment around practical solutions. Working across cross-functional environments at ZEISS and Dow, I brought teams together to transform fragmented and repetitive efforts into standardized, centralized workflows that were easier to adopt, sustain, and scale.
